Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Spring Boot Microservices and Java. Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Microservices and JavaOversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenanceProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new featuresEnsure the performance quality and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code qualityConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesDevelop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reportingStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitiveWork closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsImplement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive informationOptimize application performance and scalability to handle growing user demandsContribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team efficiency
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Microservices and JavaDemonstrate proficiency in designing and developing scalable and reliable software solutionsExhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesShow experience in leading and mentoring development teamsHave a good understanding of software development best practices and methodologiesDisplay knowledge of Analytics domain is a plusPossess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work modelShow commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentDemonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyHave experience with Agile development methodologiesExhibit strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality workShow the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesPossess a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
