Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Networks for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network management and optimization and will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of network solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee the optimization and maintenance of network infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.Provide expert guidance on network security best practices and protocols.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies that align with business goals.Conduct thorough network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of internal teams and clients.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.Prepare detailed reports and documentation on network performance and project progress.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all network operations.Support the development of network-related policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.Engage with clients to understand their network needs and provide tailored solutions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of network services and support processes.
