Location: Remote, Poland
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full-stack (React + Java) Developer with a proven track record in leading projects or teams and mentoring other developers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in front-end development, complemented by back-end development experience, and a deep understanding of user interface design and RESTful web services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in user interface design to ensure optimal user experience.
- Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of RESTful web services and microservice architecture.
- Experience in developing and utilizing APIs for building software applications, including GUI components.
- Proficiency in writing maintainable code using TDD/BDD paradigms.
- Good understanding of clean code principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY, Clean Architecture).
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with the application development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in overseeing the work of other team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of encryption/decryption methods and tools would be a plus.
Main responsibilities :
- Research, evaluate, architect, and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable software solutions for our clients
- Stay on top of latest technologies
- Share knowledge and know-how of software best practices among the team
