Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASPEN IP.21 Historian Aspentech MES and Aspen. Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for projects involving ASPEN IP.21 Historian Aspentech MES and Aspen.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.Ensure that all testing activities comply with established quality standards.Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing.Monitor and track defects to ensure timely resolution.Participate in requirement reviews to provide input on testability.Conduct performance testing to ensure system reliability and scalability.Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration testing.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience with ASPEN IP.21 Historian Aspentech MES and Aspen.Demonstrate expertise in creating and executing comprehensive test plans and cases.Exhibit proficiency in automated testing tools and techniques.Have a solid understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.Show experience in performance testing and defect management.Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus.Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Familiarity with continuous improvement processes in testing.Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.Capable of working in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule.No travel required for this role.
Certifications Required
Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Certified Tester
