Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience in Java 11 Microservices Spring Boot REST Web Services Spring MVC and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills in English. Responsibilities
Oversee the development and maintenance of Java-based applications using Java 11 Microservices Spring Boot REST Web Services Spring MVC and Core Java.Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring best practices are followed.Monitor and optimize application performance identifying and resolving any issues that arise.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Participate in the planning and execution of software testing and quality assurance activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Java 11 Microservices Spring Boot REST Web Services Spring MVC and Core Java.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.Show experience in the SWIFT domain is a plus.Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess strong organizational and time management skills.Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Have experience with Agile development methodologies.Show a strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
