Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in VDI - Citrix VAD and VDI - Citrix Cloud. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on maintaining and updating virtual desktop infrastructure. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of VDI solutions using Citrix VAD and Citrix CloudOversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the virtual desktop infrastructureProvide technical support and troubleshooting for VDI-related issuesEnsure the security and compliance of the VDI environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize VDI performance and user experienceDevelop and maintain documentation for VDI configurations processes and proceduresMonitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or patchesAssist in the planning and execution of VDI-related projects and initiativesConduct regular audits and assessments of the VDI environment to ensure optimal performanceTrain and mentor junior team members on VDI technologies and best practicesWork closely with stakeholders to understand and address their VDI needs and requirementsStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in VDI technologiesProvide recommendations for continuous improvement of the VDI infrastructure
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in VDICitrix VAD and VDICitrix CloudHave experience in updating customer master and maintaining open invoicesDemonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExhibit strong communication and collaboration abilitiesShow proficiency in documenting technical processes and proceduresHave a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trendsDisplay the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
