Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL along with domain experience in Electronic Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software products.
Responsibilities
Lead the quality assurance process for software products in the Electronic Payments domainOversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNGProvide expertise in Java programming to enhance test automation frameworksUtilize Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processesManage and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolutionImplement and maintain build automation using MavenConduct thorough PL/SQL testing to ensure data integrity and performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverageDevelop and maintain test plans test cases and test dataEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assuranceMentor and guide junior quality engineers in best practices and methodologiesAnalyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholdersContinuously improve the QA process to enhance product quality and team efficiency
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Jenkins for CI/CD processesMust have proficiency in Java for developing test automation frameworksMust have expertise in TestNG for automated testingMust have experience with Jira for defect tracking and managementMust have hands-on experience with Selenium for web application testingMust have knowledge of Maven for build automationMust have experience with PL/SQL for database testingNice to have experience in the Electronic Payments domainNice to have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to have excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesNice to have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesNice to have the ability to work in a hybrid work modelNice to have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
