Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Product Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in POS NET NoSQL Shell scripting. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our products ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using NoSQL Shell scripting AWS and .NET technologies.Oversee the implementation of POS Basics to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster their growth and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure that all software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Develop and maintain documentation for all software solutions and processes.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience with NoSQL databases and their implementation.Must be proficient in Shell scripting for automating tasks and processes.Must have hands-on experience with AWS services and their deployment.Must be skilled in .NET development for building robust applications.Must have a solid understanding of POS Basics and their application.Nice to have experience in applying cash to invoices.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
