Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Engineering Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in POS .NET AWS NoSQL Shell scripting. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product development and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the product engineering team to design develop and deliver high-quality software solutions.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to deployment.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.Ensure the scalability performance and security of software products.Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process.Utilize .NET AWS NoSQL and Shell scripting to develop and maintain software applications.Ensure seamless integration of POS systems with other software components.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage product backlogs.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and product engineering.Demonstrate expertise in .NET AWS NoSQL Shell scripting and POS Basics.Have a strong understanding of applying cash to invoices.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.Have experience with CI/CD tools and practices.Display strong leadership and team management abilities.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
