Citrix Engineer
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Vmware Workspace One and Vmware VDI.Oversee the integration of infrastructure components to ensure seamless operation and performance.Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the areas of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure the infrastructure architecture aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure design implementation and maintenance.Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure security and implement measures to mitigate risks.Work closely with other IT teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive infrastructure support.Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities.Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure-related topics.Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure-related issues and incidents.Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Vmware Workspace One and Vmware VDI.Should have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions.Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Should have a strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Should have experience with infrastructure performance monitoring and optimization.Must be familiar with industry regulations and compliance requirements.Should have experience in documenting infrastructure processes and procedures.Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
