Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Test Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Advanced HCM Controls and Oracle E-Biz Fin Mgmt-EBiz Tax. Experience in Policy Issuance and Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a day shift with no travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for Oracle Advanced HCM Controls and Oracle E-Biz Fin Mgmt-EBiz Tax applications.Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Identify document and track defects and issues through to resolution.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability.Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on testability.Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to enhance testing processes.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.Ensure that all testing activities align with the companys goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.Must have expertise in Oracle E-Biz Fin Mgmt-EBiz Tax.Experience in Policy Issuance is a plus.Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Must have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Must be proficient in developing and executing test plans and test cases.Must have experience with automated testing tools.Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Must have a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
