1. Key Responsibilities
a. Lead Design of the platform
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications
• Decompose business problems and determine the fit for purpose technical capabilities
• Expert in micro services, micro front end and serverless architecture
b. Provide Technical guidance to teams
• Engineering guidance on multiple platforms like AWS, Azure
• Provide guidance and consultancy in one or more areas Gen AI, Java, .net, Python
• Guidance in designing UI in one more React, Angular, Next Js
c. Engineering Management of platforms
• Implement and promote Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Govern, monitor & improve velocity and product quality
• Ensure architectural & design review for every release
• Utilize development tools, including CoPilot, to streamline and optimize the development process.
d. Ensure Robust Cloud Infrastructure
• Expert in one or more cloud platforms like Azure, AWS & GCP
• Cloud native application design & implementation
• Multi tenancy platform development
e. Project & Program Management
• Drive program management initiatives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Mentor team, develop associates to modern software engineers
g. Collaboration and Innovation:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with business objectives.
• Utilize development tools, including CoPilot, to streamline and optimize the development process.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team
Preferred Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience
• Technical prowess: Deep technical expertise in design platforms to address customer/ stakeholder needs
• Gen AI / AI: Identify right solution, architecture for Gen AI/ AI use cases required by business and ensure usage of state of art cloud services
• Application Architecture: Ability to decompose business problems and determine the technical capabilities required such as UI, Natural UI, AI, Cloud/Cloud Native, Eventing/Messaging, Orchestration, Database, Low Latency etc.
• Tools and Technologies: Deep technical expertise in Cloud/Cloud Native, AI, Modern Apps (APIs, Microservices, Containers, Kubernetes etc.), Modern Engineering (DevSecOps, Infra as Code), Automation tools etc.
• Software Development: Expert in modern software development and cloud native developments
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate across stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Lead the Mobility SD D team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in all projects.
- Oversee the implementation of Performance Engineering practices to enhance system reliability and scalability.
- Provide expert guidance on GEN AI Testing methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team to enhance overall productivity.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members contributions and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of solutions.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Performance Engineering demonstrating a deep understanding of system optimization techniques.
- Have a strong background in GEN AI Testing with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
- Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken to facilitate clear and effective communication.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Display strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in technical processes.
