Position: Senior Java Engineer & Lead
Location: Poland (occasional visits to Warsaw)

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions
- Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
- Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure smooth project execution
- Set and monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Technical Skills:
Back-end Development:
- Expertise in Java with a deep understanding of its core principles and best practices
- Extensive experience building robust backend services using the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot
- Proven professional background in Hibernate
- Experience with Microservices architecture and implementation
- Good understanding of security best practices
Front-end Development:
- Proficiency in one of the modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js would be a plus
Database:
- Solid experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
Agile Methodologies:
- Proven working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both Polish and English (written and verbal)
