Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microservices Kafka Springboot Microservices Java Webservices Java Fullstack Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java. Experience in Regulatory Reporting-Inv Bank is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Microservices Kafka Springboot Microservices Java Webservices Java Fullstack Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain best practices for software development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure that the software meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains current and competitive.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Microservices Kafka Springboot Microservices Java Webservices Java Fullstack Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java.
- Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions.
- Show ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
- Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Display knowledge of best practices for software development and industry standards.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
