We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as an IT Service Management & Software Development
Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in IT Service Management ProC PL/SQL Shell scripting Oracle C Unix and C++. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to impactful projects.
C, C++, ProC*, Centura, Unix Script Shell, Oracle, PL/SQL Tools & Process Required: ITIL / ITSM Tools and work experience on Support or maintenance projects
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of technical solutions using ProC PL/SQL Shell scripting Oracle C Unix and C++.
- Oversee the implementation of IT Service Management processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system architecture and design.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within the Payer domain.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
- Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in IT Service Management ProC PL/SQL Shell scripting Oracle C Unix and C++.
- Must have domain expertise in Payer to ensure compliance and relevance in project execution.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Should have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Should have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Should have the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Should have experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Should have the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Should have experience in project planning and providing accurate task estimates.
- Should have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Should have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
