Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven. Experience in Commercial Lending is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the quality assurance efforts for various projects ensuring high standards are met.Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design test strategies.Utilize Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven to automate testing processes.Conduct thorough testing to identify and document defects.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.Implement best practices for quality assurance and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers.Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality engineering.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven.Have experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.Demonstrate ability to automate testing processes using relevant tools.Show proficiency in identifying and documenting defects.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience in Commercial Lending is a plus.Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.Ability to work in a hybrid model with a day shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in quality engineering.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
