Logistic Analyst – Fleet Coordinator - Pleno
What you’ll do
Your mission as a Logistic Analyst – Fleet Coordinator will be: responsible for Dealer enrollment, plan, process and execute vehicle acquisition, remarketing and replacement based on operational requirements. They monitor vehicle condition, services, taxes, insurance, etc. throughout its lifecycle. Responsible for executing a range of Data Transfer related operations in an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle electronic devices and operate servers monthly.
- Coordinate a range of Data Transfer related operations in an assigned region and globally where required; and report where processes are not executed by other teams as defined.
- Dealer enrollment, vehicle purchase, taxes and insurance procedures, vehicle maintenance and resale/scrapping.
- Keeping the fleet of vehicles in the region in excellent condition, including all related administrative tasks.
- Onboarding of new suppliers to provide on the ground services, such as car dealerships, wrapping suppliers, transportation carriers and storage providers.
- Maintain supplier relationships and be the first point of contact.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Technology and similar background
- Language Level: Advanced English | Intermediate Spanish (Desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
- Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving
- Other Requirements
- (Certification, etc.)
- Clear driving record (MVR) and ability to operate motor vehicles.
- Experience/understanding of MS Office/Google Suites (Sheets/Documents/Slides)
