Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 12 to 15 years of experience in .NET + Entity Framework + Angular. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us achieve our goals. The position is a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using .NET + Entity Framework + Angular to ensure high performance and responsiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that enhance our product offerings.Provide technical expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains to ensure compliance and accuracy.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure all software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable to support long-term business goals.Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the software.Document technical specifications and system architecture to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development processes.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Angular JS and .Net Framework demonstrating the ability to develop robust and scalable applications.Have a deep understanding of the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains to ensure domain-specific requirements are met.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers to build a strong and cohesive team.Possess a strong understanding of software development best practices including code reviews unit testing and documentation.
