ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant
- Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development.
Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings. - Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.
Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers.
Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices. - Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements.
- Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed.
- Lead, educate, mentor and develop the Cognizant resources who are assigned to his/her projects.
- Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
- Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project.
- Partnership with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment process.
