Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis & Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales & Marketing. This hybrid role requires working closely with various teams to drive business growth and efficiency. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.Create detailed business reports and presentations for stakeholders.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and plans.Ensure alignment of business plans with company goals and objectives.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and feedback.Oversee the development and implementation of business processes and systems.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Support the sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights and strategies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Business Analysis & Planning.Have experience in Sales & Marketing domain.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities.Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Have a proven track record of successful business plan development and implementation.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
