Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Empower and CDS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. The position does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using Empower and CDS technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Design and implement scalable solutions to meet business needs in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.Document technical specifications and project plans for reference and future use.Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs and concerns.Optimize application performance and ensure efficient use of resources.Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance development processes.Maintain a high level of security and data protection in all development activities.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Empower and CDS technologies.Have a solid understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in software development best practices and methodologies.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model.Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Ensure high-quality and performance standards in all deliverables.Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.Maintain a focus on achieving business objectives and delivering value.Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Show adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
