Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Fiori and a strong background in updating customer master data and product benchmarking. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fiori applications to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and customization of SAP Fiori apps to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Ensure the integration of SAP Fiori applications with existing systems and processes.Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Fiori applications.Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori trends and technologies.Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Fiori applications.Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Fiori applications.Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Fiori applications.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SAP Fiori development and customization.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit proficiency in updating customer master data and product benchmarking.Show excellent communication and collaboration skills.Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Possess a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.Have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Exhibit strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
