We are currently looking for a Functional Test Engineer to work for a global technology project.
What you´ll do
you will be taking the essential role of advising our client on the quality of the software being tested
What do we value?
People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Defines test objectives, creates test plans and develops functional test cases/procedures.
· Performs testing against detailed specifications.
· Provides test results to management and customers that are clear and concise.
· Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
· Responsible for recognizing and creating awareness of process or quality problems.
Support test automation activities as and when required (good to have
Necessary skills and experience required:
- knowledge and experience in Banking domain
- knowledge of retail products: Strong retail banking knowledge in any of the following areas:
o Corebanking with applications like Temenos and others
o Cards with application like Fiserv Vision Plus
o Wealth and investment
o Payments, Loans and EPP’s
o Anti Money laundering / Fraud Management like Biocatch
· Experience in testing and test cycles in Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
· Minimum 3 years experiences.
· Testing tools: Postman, Jira, confluence, Accessibility testing tools, SQL
· Language: Spanish and English (B2)
· Domain: Retail Banking
· Good to have Knowledge of automatic testing (desirable): use of frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman (for APIs) or similar.
· Ready to work in Spain work timings
