Job Summary
We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - Adv with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to contribute to our innovative projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing online data to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data from various sources.Provide support in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance indicators.Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.Assist in the implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize online performance.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of online campaigns and initiatives.Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.Participate in team meetings and provide updates on ongoing projects and tasks.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data analysis tools and technologies.Provide training and support to team members on data analysis best practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong English speaking skills to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.Have experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.Be proficient in data analysis tools and techniques with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model adapting to both in-office and remote environments.Be comfortable with rotational shifts ensuring availability to support team needs at various times.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.Show a willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the overall success of the team.Show a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and security at all times.Possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic contributing to a collaborative and productive team environment.
