Summary:
Notice and takedown is a process operated by online hosts in response to court orders or allegations that content is illegal. It is widely operated in relation to copyright infringement, as well as for libel and other illegal content online.
● To remove content from that may violate the Law.
● To comply with The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) policy that governs the internet policy on copyright infringement.
If there is content that may violate the law and is informed by any user, our team carefully reviews the material and considers blocking, removing or restricting access to it
A takedown-notice procedure for copyright holders to request that content be removed; and
A counter-notice procedure for users to get content re-enabled when content is taken down by mistake.
● Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in any MNC
● Ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently
● Ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize or solve both complex and uncomplicated problems by making decisions that are sensible given the available information.
● Proven ability to deliver the highest quality results while paying strict attention to details.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complex demands.
● Have a strong desire to learn continually as the work is dynamic and keep changing from time to time.
● Should be comfortable and understand that this work will be requiring review of internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and/or contain explicit material.
● Work on relevant bugs as applicable & coordinate with client to close on TAT
