- Experience in gathering ServiceNow requirements and documenting user stories.
- Product backlog management.
- ITIL certification - Nice to have
- Ideally, Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications.
- Mandatory experience in gathering requirements for ServiceNow ITSM (ITOM and SAM experience is desirable).
- English level: B2/C1
