Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Quality Basics Data Management Functional and Collibra Data Quality.
Experience with Meta Data Analytics
Minimum of 2 yrs experience in Collibra or similar tools
Experience in Azure
Nice to have experience with Power BI
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data quality solutions to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data management frameworks and processes.
- Provide expertise in Collibra Data Quality to enhance data governance and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards and best practices across the organization.
Experience with Meta Data Analytics

Nice to have experience with Power BI
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data quality monitoring and reporting tools to track performance metrics.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data quality requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure data quality solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on data quality and management practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data quality and management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality processes and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in Data Quality Basics and Data Management Functional.
- Must have expertise in Collibra Data Quality and DQG Architect.
- Nice to have experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data quality issues.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Should have a strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
- Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Should have a proven track record of successfully implementing data quality solutions.
