Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and programs preferably within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects and programs within the portfolio to ensure successful delivery.Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of project activities to meet organizational goals.Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Implement best practices and methodologies in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Utilize Artificial Intelligence to optimize project processes and decision-making.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk registers.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in project management.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive team performance and innovation.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management capabilities.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM).Must have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence applications in project management.Nice to have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills.Must have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Must have proficiency in project management tools and software.Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery.Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.Must have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Must have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
