About Cognizant Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Services
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Consultant / Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Automation Business Analysis & Planning and Networks. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the companys success by leveraging their technical and domain expertise to drive impactful business solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead the delivery of complex IPA engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with client objectives.
· Oversee comprehensive business analysis and planning activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
· Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes systems and workflows.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and network management.
· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in business analysis and automation.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Possess extensive experience in automation technologies and tools.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in business analysis and strategic planning.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of network domain and related technologies.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have a proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Hold relevant certifications in automation business analysis and network management.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
