Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in WebServices Testing Test Metrics and Reporting Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Additionally experience in Payments and Consumer Lending domains is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive WebServices Testing to ensure the functionality and performance of web applications.Utilize Test Metrics and Reporting to track and communicate testing progress and outcomes.Implement and manage Testing Tools and Frameworks to streamline the testing process.Perform Manual E2E BPA to validate business processes from start to finish.Use Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking.Apply Basic Programming skills to create and execute automated test scripts.Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.Execute test cases and document results to ensure software meets business needs.Identify report and track defects to resolution.Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in WebServices Testing.Demonstrate proficiency in Test Metrics and Reporting.Have hands-on experience with Testing Tools and Frameworks.Skilled in Manual E2E BPA.Proficient in using Rally HP ALM and Jira.Basic Programming knowledge is essential.Experience in Payments and Consumer Lending domains is mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a hybrid work model.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
