Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Test Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience proficient in PEGA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product testing and a good understanding of analytics. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for PEGA-based applications.Oversee the testing process to ensure the highest quality of product delivery.Provide detailed documentation of test results and work closely with the development team to resolve any issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.Utilize analytics to identify trends and insights that can improve the testing process.Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with company standards and best practices.Develop automated test scripts to increase efficiency and coverage of the testing process.Monitor and report on test progress including any risks or issues that may impact the project timeline.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status and any challenges faced during testing.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.Continuously seek opportunities to improve the testing process and contribute to the overall success of the project.Ensure that all test environments are properly maintained and configured for optimal performance.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in PEGA with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.Have a good understanding of analytics and how it can be applied to improve testing processes.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.Have experience working in a hybrid work model.Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in product testing.Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have a track record of delivering high-quality results within project timelines.
Certifications Required
Certified PEGA Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified PEGA System Architect (CPSA) is required.
