Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules including Secops ITAM Integration GRC HRSD ITSM and ITOM. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow capabilities and ensuring seamless integration across various modules.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide expertise in ServiceNow Secops to enhance security operations and incident response.Manage the ServiceNow ITAM module to optimize asset management and tracking.Implement and maintain ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and risk management.Develop and support ServiceNow HRSD to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.Utilize ServiceNow ITSM to enhance IT service management and improve service delivery.Implement ServiceNow ITOM to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow capabilities.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient and secure IT operations positively impacting society.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Secops ITAM Integration GRC HRSD ITSM and ITOM.Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Should be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
