Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telematic Services. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirementsOversee the implementation of SFDC configurations and customizationsProvide technical expertise in SFDC development and customizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirementsEnsure the quality and performance of Salesforce applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurationsMaintain documentation for all SFDC development and customization activitiesConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practicesStay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updatesProvide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalitiesParticipate in project planning and provide technical inputEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standardsContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in SFDC Development and CustomizationMust have expertise in SFDC ConfigurationShould have domain experience in Telematic ServicesShould possess excellent problem-solving skillsMust have strong communication and collaboration skillsShould be able to work independently and as part of a teamNice to have experience with Agile methodologiesShould have a proactive approach to learning new technologiesMust be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasksShould have a strong understanding of business processesMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentShould have a passion for delivering high-quality solutionsMust be committed to continuous professional development.
