Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - CM with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in speaking English and domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide the team effectively during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.Oversee the development and implementation of project plans and timelines.Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains.Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback and coaching as needed.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.Manage project budgets and resources effectively.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in the ISV and Hi-Tech sectors.Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in speaking English.Have domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in project management and resource allocation.Display the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.Have a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
