Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will provide expert analysis and insights to drive financial strategies and optimize accounting processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to apply them to real-world business scenarios.
Responsibilities
Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.Evaluate and improve existing accounting processes and systems.Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial plans.Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Support the implementation of new accounting standards and policies.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business performance.Provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Show expertise in accounting software and ERP systems.Have excellent communication and presentation skills.Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.Be capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving financial issues.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
