Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automation and MS Power Automate along with domain experience in Telecom and Networks. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys success and making a positive impact on society.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Telecom and Networks projectsOversee the implementation of Automation solutions to streamline business processesProvide expertise in MS Power Automate to enhance workflow efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectivesConduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvementDevelop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutionsFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutionsEnsure that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performanceMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycleSupport the development of training materials and user documentationProvide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutionsContribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the organization
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Automation and MS Power AutomateShould possess strong domain knowledge in Telecom and NetworksMust have excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsShould have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work effectively in a hybrid work modelShould have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on timeMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamShould have experience in conducting workshops and meetingsMust be able to develop detailed project plans and timelinesShould have experience in identifying and mitigating project risksMust be able to provide ongoing support and maintenance for solutionsShould have experience in developing training materials and user documentationMust be committed to continuous improvement and professional development.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
