Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Consulting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing strategic IT solutions and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with business goalsOversee the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsProvide expert advice on IT infrastructure and software development projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systemsConduct thorough assessments of existing IT environments and recommend improvementsManage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful deliveryEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT consultingDevelop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needsFacilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and capabilitiesMonitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems and recommend optimizationsPrepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholdersStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT consultingContribute to the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related fieldHave extensive experience in IT consulting with a proven track record of successful project deliveryDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesShow proficiency in project management tools and methodologiesHave a deep understanding of IT infrastructure software development and system integrationDisplay the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work modelBe committed to continuous learning and professional development
Certifications Required
PMP ITIL or relevant IT consulting certifications
