Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire - PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter applications.Provide technical expertise and support for Guidewire applications to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Guidewire applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire applications in a timely manner.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize application performance.Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Train and mentor junior team members on Guidewire applications and best practices.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure successful project delivery.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technology.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all activities.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications Required
Guidewire Certified Professional Property & Casualty Insurance Certification is a plus.
