Job summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.Work closely with the technical team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are implemented effectively.Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet the needs of the business.Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise.Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress.Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.Contribute to the development of business analysis standards and methodologies.Support the development of business cases and project proposals.
Qualifications
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Fundamentals.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Show experience in developing detailed project documentation.Have a proven track record of successfully implementing business solutions.Be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Show experience in conducting user acceptance testing.Have the ability to provide training and support to end-users.Stay current with industry trends and best practices.Demonstrate the ability to develop business cases and project proposals.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
