Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Automation Business Analysis and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Networks is a plus. This role involves day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions to improve business processesOversee the analysis and planning of business strategies to ensure alignment with company goalsProvide insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirementsDevelop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful project executionMonitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risksConduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure continuous improvementUtilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any automation-related issuesEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all projectsFacilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignmentMentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledgeContribute to the development of business analysis methodologies and toolsSupport the companys mission by driving efficiency and innovation through automationDemonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence in all deliverablesFoster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to achieve team goalsStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and business analysis
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in automation and business analysisHave experience in planning and executing business strategiesDemonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesShow proficiency in project management and coordinationExhibit strong communication and interpersonal skillsHave a good understanding of network domain (nice to have)Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shiftsDisplay a proactive and results-oriented approachMaintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracyBe committed to continuous learning and professional developmentShow ability to work independently and as part of a teamHave a track record of successful project deliveryDemonstrate a passion for innovation and improvement.
