Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 13 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. Experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide technical expertise in SFDC Development & Customization to optimize system performance.Develop and maintain SFDC Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer service operations.Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and system efficiency.Configure SFDC settings to align with business processes and requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.Ensure the scalability and reliability of SFDC solutions to support business growth.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal functionality.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SFDC features.Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Develop and enforce SFDC development standards and guidelines to ensure code quality.Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in SFDC Integration Development & Customization Service Cloud Lightning and Configuration.Should have a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domain processes.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Should have experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering results.Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Should have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and technology advancements.
