Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technical skills and preferably some experience in Consumer Lending Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive projects to success and contribute significantly to our companys goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in SFDC customization.Develop and maintain SFDC Service Cloud applications to enhance customer service.Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and functionality.Configure SFDC settings to optimize system performance and usability.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SFDC projects.Ensure the quality and accuracy of SFDC data through regular audits and maintenance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC applications.Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Document technical specifications and project plans for SFDC implementations.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing SFDC solutions.Have a solid understanding of SFDC best practices and industry standards.Show experience in Consumer Lending Finance & Accounting is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
