Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP GTS and a strong understanding of order feasibility and updating customer master data. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position is a day shift role ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and support of SAP GTS solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP GTS modules to ensure optimal performance.Provide expert guidance on order feasibility processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.Manage the updating and maintenance of customer master data to ensure data integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve SAP GTS-related issues.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP GTS functionalities.Monitor system performance and implement necessary enhancements to improve overall system efficiency.Participate in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of SAP GTS solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP GTS-related issues.Ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with other business systems and processes.Stay updated with the latest SAP GTS developments and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP GTS processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP GTS implementation and support.Demonstrate strong expertise in order feasibility processes and updating customer master data.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP GTS issues.Show proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP GTS modules.Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Be capable of developing and delivering training programs for end-users.Stay current with the latest SAP GTS developments and industry trends.Possess a strong understanding of system integration and data integrity principles.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in SAP GTS processes.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Have a proven track record of delivering successful SAP GTS projects on time and within budget.
