Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL Server and Python and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the companys goals and make a significant impact on our projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server and Python.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Design and implement database structures to support business applications.Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries to ensure efficient performance.Write clean maintainable and efficient code in Python.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills.Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues.Document technical specifications and project-related information for future reference.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Have a minimum of 6 years of experience working with SQL Server and Python.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show proficiency in database design and optimization techniques.Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Have experience with version control systems such as Git.Display a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
