As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance. Your role will involve developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient software architectures using Java and JavaScript. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security. Identifying and resolving technical issues will be crucial for ensuring smooth project delivery. You will also maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and code.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, including frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, React, and Angular.
- Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in Java-based frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excelent level in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on Java and JavaScript.
- Relevant certifications in Java, JavaScript, cloud computing, or DevOps are a plus.
