Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQLRPGLE Python IT Service Management Synon DB2/400 and CLP along with domain experience in Advent Geneva. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using SQLRPGLE Python Synon and CLP.Ensure the integrity and performance of the DB2/400 database.Implement IT Service Management practices to enhance service delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment.Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.Document software designs code and processes for future reference.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys software remains competitive.Work closely with the Advent Geneva domain to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Ensure all software solutions align with the companys goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in SQLRPGLE Python Synon DB2/400 and CLP.Demonstrate experience in IT Service Management and its application in software development.Have domain expertise in Advent Geneva ensuring effective integration and functionality.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in database management and optimization.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) ITIL Foundation Certification
