Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS IoT and a good understanding of the Industrial Manufacturing domain. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our IoT initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of IoT solutions using AWS IoT services.Oversee the integration of IoT devices with cloud infrastructure.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.Ensure the scalability and security of IoT solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Monitor and optimize the performance of IoT applications.Develop and maintain documentation for IoT systems and processes.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IoT solutions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IoT technology.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.Drive innovation and explore new opportunities for IoT applications in the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in AWS IoT and related services.Demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and IoT device integration.Have a good knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing domain.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Show proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or C++.Display strong leadership and mentorship abilities.Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IoT projects.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Show a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
