We are looking for a highly skilled IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Specialist to join our Integration Platform Management (IPM) Practice. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in WAS servers (Java Application)/ Camel, Spring Boot Java, Kubernetes/Docker Containers.
In this role, you will
- Provide L2 support for IBM BAW ( BPEL, Mediation ) and WAS servers (Java Application)/ Camel, Spring Boot Java, Kubernetes/Docker Containers .
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the systems.
- Handle P1/P2 incidents on priority in quick time to meet SLA requirements and minimize business impact.
- Collaborate with L3 support teams/ client Designer, Architects/ Business Team to raise and resolve complex issues.
- Take up SRE related activities on enhancement and recurring issues to stabilize current platform and improve Application availability.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- Strong knowledge of Java, BPEL, and Mediation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
