Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in PowerShell AYEHU and Ansible. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical projects ensuring the successful implementation of automation solutions and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using PowerShell AYEHU and AnsibleOversee the development and maintenance of scripts and workflows to automate routine tasks and processesProvide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring best practices are followedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needsEnsure the successful deployment and integration of automation tools within the existing IT infrastructureMonitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiencyDevelop and maintain documentation for automation processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team membersConduct regular reviews of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changesStay current with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies incorporating new tools and techniques as appropriateTrain and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementCommunicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concernsEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation activitiesContribute to the overall success of the IT department by driving innovation and improving operational efficiency
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in PowerShell AYEHU and Ansible with proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutionsDemonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address technical challenges effectivelyExhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsShow a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements in automation technologiesHave experience in mentoring and training junior team members fostering a culture of growth and developmentDisplay a strong attention to detail ensuring the accuracy and reliability of automation solutionsUnderstand the importance of documentation and maintain clear comprehensive records of all automation processes.
