Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Functional Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Functional Architect with expertise in SAP GTS and a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design and implementation of SAP GTS solutions to meet business requirements.
- Supervise the integration of SAP GTS with other systems and modules.
- Provide expert guidance on standard processes for SAP GTS configuration and customization.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of SAP GTS configurations and customizations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP GTS implementations.
- Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP GTS.
- Monitor system performance and solve issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP GTS and related technologies.
- Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 14+ years of SAP GTS implementation and support experience.
- Possess extensive experience in SAP GTS configuration and implementation.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
- Show proficiency in project management and documentation.
- Display a dedication to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $156,500 – $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
